Automated invoice analysis and contract rate verification.

The client was manually entering invoice details into Excel. We built an AI system that extracts the data, exports it to Excel, and runs the analysis, including checking billed rates against contract rates.

The system saves hours of manual work. An audit of the previous year’s invoices identified 20% more discrepancies, which the client then resolved.

AI support for Source-to-Contract preparation.

The procurement team was spending substantial time preparing sourcing work. We built a system with seven AI agents to support Source-to-Contract preparation.

03 / Operations

Practical AI solutions

Four people were each spending three full days a week entering data from paperwork. We developed an in-house system that combines optical character recognition (OCR), AI, and custom software to extract document data and automate the entry process.

The workflow now takes one person about two hours a week, primarily to review the extracted data and make corrections.

04 / Personal assistance

An integrated AI assistant for daily administration.

A client needed support with a substantial administrative workload without hiring an additional employee. We built and deployed an AI assistant fully integrated with their existing home setup.

The assistant schedules appointments, delivers daily briefings, completes online forms, and manages household systems. It now handles 40% of the client’s daily administrative tasks.

Autonomous reporting on daily pump activity.

The team was manually extracting data from daily pump activity reports and preparing the results for reporting. We built an AI agent that handles both steps autonomously.

Walmart used Pactum’s AI to negotiate supplier payment terms and price discounts within agreed limits. This extended negotiation coverage to suppliers that would be difficult to manage manually.

Domino’s treasury team manually gathered and organized cash data before preparing forecasts. J.P. Morgan’s AI-supported system helped aggregate, categorize, and reconcile the data for cash analysis and forecasting.

Wiley’s support team handles increased demand at the start of each semester. Salesforce’s AI helps draft responses using Wiley’s knowledge base and customer data, then summarizes completed cases.

AI support for equipment troubleshooting.

At Siemens’ Erlangen factory, operators and maintenance staff need to interpret machine error codes and determine the next steps. An AI assistant deployed across its soldering machines explains faults in plain language and suggests solutions using machine records, manuals, and parts lists.
